I have seen brand new sets on Ebay for $120.00 or so , do not know the quality , but I am sure they will last . But I will not pay $400.00 for headlights on an 13 yr old vehicle.
Not sure they will last either. However, you could always apply some 3M headlight film similar to window film over them and then just replace the film every couple of years or so.

Will probably need to be larger than the above ones though!

I just replaced the headlight assemblies on our 2005 Odyssey EX, the whole process took about an hour. Used this video as a guide. Super easy.

And don't forget a bag of these fascia clips: Amazon.com: GOOACC GRC-08 Honda and Acura Fender Clips-91503-SZ3-003 40 Pcs Fastener Rivet Clips Nylon Bumper Automotive Furniture Assembly Expansion Screws Kit Auto Body 10mm-40PCS: Automotive

I used aftermarket, the pair cost me about 200.00. After reading these forums, I may have an issue with moisture and they will yellow more quickly. However, the van is beat up. I think new OEM headlights plus labor in the shop would be worth more than the van. I have restored out old ones twice, plus sealing it against UV, but there is no comparison with new.

Anyway, the front end looks great. It is a huge difference. They work great and I can see so much better.

They are supposed to be self-aligning but I do see a difference as one is slightly higher than the other. If they degrade or I have problems, I'll let the team here know.

Looks nice; good job. Hopefully your aftermarket headlights will last. I installed new genuine Honda headlights a few years ago. They cost about $200 each. For me, it was worth it.
