Help '11 EX-L vs '10 Touring same price

I need help! I am looking at a van for my family. I can get the '11 EX-L from the dealer or '10 Touring from an individual for the same price. Which should I choose? The RES is one issue the EX-L doesn't have but I was going to get an ipad 2 to solve that problem on long trips. We don't need the kids watching dvds for short trips around town.
Is Pax an issue on the '10 touring? It has the 11 spoke wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Forgot to add that the '10 touring has 22k miles. Thanks!
I'll get the brandnew with zero miles than the Touring with 22K miles if it was me provided they're same price. Even my 09 EXLRES just have 11K miles half of that Touring you're looking at. For me brandnew=peace of mind.
What are you looking for?
- More features or looking to save money?
- What concerns do you have with the 2010 Touring model?
- Do you like one body style over the other?
- etc.

You have to list it out as to what you are trying to accomplish.
Brand New does not always equal peace of mind...as you can get Honda Care with the 2010 model...which will cover you for few more years beyond standard warranty.

If you get the 2010, make sure to get it checked out by your tech. Carfax may not show everything...

Since the 2010 already has 22k miles.. Honda care will be a lot more costly and not last as long as say purchasing Honda Care on the new 2011. Remember, honda care is not as good as the bumper to bumper warranty, been there, done that. It has many more inclusions.

personally for the same price, I would go with the new 2011 EXL over a 2010 touring with 22k miles anyday..
I went with the 2011 EX-L and love it! Thanks!
