Now my Ody won't start.

1997 LX 134k Miles
Battery has 12+ Volts

When I put the key in the dash lights don't turn on and the radio won't turn on.

The fans and the lights all work. When I turn the key it will not turn over.

HELP!

Correction:

Sounds like keys are in the car, and the door is open. 3 distinct fast chimes (door open).

Not 3 slow (keys in/car off)
Not 1 tone (lights on)

Hope that makes sense?
