My '02 does this also at speeds over 65 MPH. DH is convinced it's the wind blowing thru the windshield wipers, because when you turn them on, the sound stops briefly when the wipers are vertical.
Check the black rubber weather striping around your front windshield for improper seating. This may also be the culprit causing the wind noise that some have attributed to EX roof rack???

We had a similar whining/buzzing noise from our ’02 van at speeds over 70. It took us about 200 miles to locate the noise. My wife looked real funny driving down the road with her head sticking out at 75 mph (what an interesting hairdo you’re sporting, my dear) trying to pinpoint its origin. All we could ever say for sure was that it was coming from the front of the van.

Running the windsheild wipers momemtarily stops the noise when the wipers are out of their stopped position, but I think that's because the different positions are changing the front windshield airflow dynamics. Oh yeah, we already have the S2000 antenna.

Turns out that every time I take the van through the lazy man wash down the road (unfortunately most of the time), the rotating brushes or the air dryer or whatever dislodges the weather striping around the front. It is also easy to dislodge if you’re not careful when washing it by hand around this area.

Anyway, just take something dull and thin (edge of a dime will do) and press the thin lip sticking up toward the rear of the van back up under the main strip body, then depress the main strip to get the lip back up under the sheet metal it is meant to wrap around. Do this everywhere the strip is obviously unseated or bulging (about to unseat).

Hope this is your problem, and fixes it.
