Anybody got any ideas?
My wife drove down the F***in white line on a highway behind a painting crew. I now have white paint coating the right side of the vehicle. My black tires are now grey/white, mud flaps now white, back/bottom of rear bumper white. Too dark to see the whole side of the van so tomorrow I get to see how much paint is on the body. I did find paint on the right side glass. What a mess.
We just traded our '06 Ody EX-L for a '10 Ody EX-L a month ago. Just prior to this incident today she was driving home, took a rock to the windshield. Had that filled but it cracked, so our new van with less than 2500kms on it has a cracked windshield and who knows how much white road paint on it.
So how do I remove it? Methyl Hydrate? Clay bar? 3M Adhesive and Wax Remover?
The paint was long since dried before I saw got home to see it so the window of opportunity to get it while its fresh was gone long ago.
What a mess! Man am I pissed!
