It depends on the year of the car and what particular model. In general, yes, the units are compatible and interchangeable, provided they are the latest generation with the squarish looking connector (as oppossed to the earlier rectagular one).
Lots of people have swapped decks, thus you see some who have installed Accord in-dash 6 CD combo decks, etc.. in their Odys.
I see you have a '99 EX, which means if you switch to any cassette only OEM head unit made for a Honda, you will lose your steering wheel audio controls. If you are looking to add the tape to your existing setup, this will be difficult, as it won't fit beneath your CD head unit, and you will need to figure out how to switch between your CD head unit and the new tape one.
Maybe you are aware of all these issues, but may I ask what you are trying to accomplish? Perhaps I or someone else here could point you to some other alternatives..
