My first thing I would check is the battery connections, they inevitably have a bad connection, might have good enough voltage but after it starts it drops and shut off the engine due to not enough voltage for the electronics. You can also check the battery voltage with a volt-ohm meter (VOM). Verify it is above 13.5 VDC .

That sounds like what I get if brake is not depressed, and is a design feature. Assumeing you have brake depressed, try pushing and releasing the brake a few times. If that gets it to start, you know what to tell dealer service.
