Ive never had a vehicle with VVT and Im wondering how often should we replace the variable valve timing solenoid?

You are thinking of VVT or variable valve timing, which advances/delays cam timing in relation to the crank and pistons. These Honda J-series do not use that technology, the cam timing is static/doesn't change.
