2011 Touring, mode control motor is not responding to selected position the HVAC control unit. Replaced motor without troubleshooting based on YouTube research of others' problems and solutions, still doesn't work. I'm trying to do the self-diagnstic function, but these steps didn't work (the guide shows a different control unit than I have). Anyone know how to get this control unit into self-diagnostic mode? Thank you!
