I was checking my oil last week and noticed a leak near the top of the radiator where the metal crimps hold the plastic section. Anyhow, I bought a new rad from an ebay member (theradiatorconnection) for $85 shipped. It arrived 5 days later
Knock off brand or not, it fit perfectly.
Anyhow, the only issue I ran into was removing the lower fan shroud bolts. They were heavily corroded, and I had to snap three of them because the bolts were frozen. Yes, I sprayed and soaked them for 3 days with PB Blaster, but that didn't work on the corroded bolts. They were far-beyond saving.
The 3/8" rubber trans cooling lines weren't bad, but the metal inlet tubes they fit on were in need of replacing. I custom made them from bending a 3/8" brake line and it worked just as good as the stock lines, but at a fraction of the cost.
