Hi,

I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey with automatic windows, doorlocks, and power sliding doors. The windows master switch in left hand door panel malfunctioned. The window opened from drivers side only and clicked for all the rest. As per prior posts, replaced the windows control master switch module in left door panel. The windows now all work great from the panel/switch.

The switch module I purchased was the 35750-SDA-HO7 (Accord) but was advertised as compatible with 35750-SHJ-A22 (replaced now by 35750-SHJ-306)

As directed, I swapped out the receiver module so the FOB remote would communicate correctly. After completing, was able to program FOBs to operate door locks and automatically open windows (holding door lock down). What I can't program is the sliding power or the panic button fro the FOB. In conclusion, the part works correctly and comminicates with the FOB with the exception of the sliding doors and panic button. Question: Is there a unique program for the sliding door FOB switch and panic switch or is the part I bought simply not fully compatible with the Odyssey.

Thank you!
Mike

Remote programming is done per remote and not per function or button. So in other words, once a fob is programmed, all supported functions on it are programmed as well. My guess is that the Accord receiver may have been compatible with the Odyssey fob for all the functions that it supports, but since the Accord obviously doesn't have sliding door functionality, that may not be in the receiver.

May I ask why you would replace the window switch module with an Accord one instead of the proper one for an Odyssey?? Especially since after that, you had to acquire and replace the receiver module as well??? It seems like the cost of 2 Accord parts vs 1 proper Odyssey part should at best be even.

Is the Slide Door switch On?
And welcome to the OdyClub!
