'06 Odyssey EX 59K, I'm hearing knocking noise coming from 3rd row passenger side compartment side panel. This noise is hear for approx. 30 sec when the key is turn to the on position or when the van is started. This knocking or clicking noise stay for 30 sec than stop but it happen everytimes the key is turn to the on position. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Most likely going to be something related to the rear AC. All the stuff for it is behind that panel. You can see the air intake for it just in front of the liftgate. My guess would be that the fan is letting go. Like I said, that's just my guess. You can try starting the car with the rear AC turned off and see if it doesn't make the noise, although that wouldn't necessarily indicate that it's the problem for sure.
