My '96 Ody has started leaking oil. I think it started two oil changes ago when the dealer put in 1 Litre too much! I didn't think anything of it, but the last change they did it again! I would think they would keep a better eye on that seeing as how it is a waste of their money.

Do you think the overfilling could have ruined a gasket?

Very possible to ruin a gasket plus foul your plugs. I suggest pulling out each plug to check for fresh oil on each. Also, bring it back to the dealer and have them thoroughly check your motor and fix what they messed up.
