The light coming from my headlights with normal beam, not high beam, is really poor. Neither is brighter or dimmer than the other.

The lens is fine, clear.

What can I do ? Do I need to replace the bulb's.

Sounds weird. Ody has some of the best headlights of any vehicle I've owned. Highbeams embarrass most trucks even. Although I do get a few folks that think we're giving them the highbeams even when they're on low. My wife has followed me in my Pathfinder and my auto-dimming mirrors are running overload...so yeah they're pretty bright. Did someone replace the bulbs with something different than OEM? I still have the OEM bulbs in mine.

Before I replaced any bulbs, I would make sure they are adjusted properly. Proper aiming makes a HUGE difference.

Headlight adjustment procedure

Before adjusting the headlights:
- Park the vehicle on a level surface.
- Make sure the tire pressures are correct.
- The driver or someone who weighs the same should sit in the driver's seat.

1. Clean the outer lens so that you can see the center of the headlights.

2. Park the vehicle so that the headlight (not bumper) is 25ft away from a wall.

3. Turn the low beams on.

4. Determine if the headlights are aimed properly.
Vertical adjustment: Measure the height of the headlights on the wall.
The lights should shine 2.1 in. below headlight center height (from step 1).

5. If necessary, open the hood and adjust the headlights to local requirements
by turning the vertical adjuster.
