location of (ftp) fuel tank pressure sensor ?

There is a pressure regulator at the fuel rail (item 8 below). Not sure if that also controls the tank pressure.

I couldn't find any ftp in the pic below

Item 2 in the second pic is a two-way valve. I'm not sure how that might affect tank pressure. It might be stuck in one direction.
