I have had my '99 LX since November 1998. It now has 38,000 miles. About 2000 miles ago it started making this low pitched whistle that seems to be coming from the lower front wheel or facia area (which rules out the dealer installed roof rack). It fades in and out and only occurs around 75-85mph.
