like everyone said, that's to change your oil and filter, cabin air filter, some visual inspections and lastly, the brake fluid change. now, i def wouldn't pay $600 for it.. i did the oil and filter($25for 2pack of 5qt oil from costco and $7for filter and crush washer from the dealership), cabin air filter ($13 from amazon) so that's a total of $45 for both. my rotation is included from where i bought my tires but i can also do that myself so its free. lastly, i took the van to the dealership for the brake fluid change since its time consuming at the moment.. i have a friend that works at the dealership so gave me a discount for the brake fluid change..paid $72 OTD price. but regularly i think is $110 plus taxes. obviously, DIY is much cheaper totaling $112 vs $600.
