Have you checked the dash switch for the lights?

How about OTHER doors? maybe your door open sensor switch is bad. Does lights come on when you open sliding doors or Passenger door?

If NONE of the doors turn on the light, is the light setting set to "door"? I THINK there is a button or slider to control whether light turns on when door is opened.

So I have a 2010 Odyssey when I first bought it the map lights would turn on when I opened the door, then only the left one would turn on when I opened the door now neither of them turn on but I know it's not the bulbs because when I reach up and turn them on manually they work.

Any ideas?

Perhaps you simply have the light switch in the off position.

There is a switch in that light goes bad. Replace.

as others said, each light has a switch and it goes bad, there is an aftermarket replacement available

The inside of the switch can get junked up (carbon build up?). If you want to try to fix and not replace, it's possible. See my post here.
