I have 45K on my Odyssey and was told that I need to have my motor mount replaced. I have the extended Warranty through Honday but was told by the repairman that this is not covered by extended warranty?

Does this seem right on a bumper to bumper warranty?

It seems to quick for a motor mount to be replaced at only 45K

We got an estimate that included fixing the front brakes for $900.
This seems quite excessive. Yes brake work is not covered by warranty but I thought the motor mounts would be?

I would like some of the experts thoughts here. Thank you

It's covered under both comprehensive and power train warranties so yes it should be covered. + Bumper to Bumper warranties don't exist @ Honda. Bumper to Bumper is a term Salesmen use so they don't have to explain what is and what isn't covered.

what does the extended warranty say it covers? If it's the same as the 3/36 bumper to bumper, then you should be fine for anything that's not a normal wear item (e.g., tires, brake pads, spark plugs, etc.)
