Tried this switch for the first time today. No matter how long I pressed it, it did not open the tailgate. Anyone has similar problem?

Sliding door switch to on position?

I know the doors need to be unlocked, and the vehicle may need to be in park.

Can't say I've tried to open it when the vehicle isn't in park, so I'm not sure on that one, but I know the doors need to be unlocked.

Yep, doors need to be unlocked.

Just tried it, It is working. Door has to be unlocked first.
