Navigation error after update

I have a 2006 Honda Odessey with Navi v.4.31C. I now find out that I need to update my Navi in order to get the new streets in the area. I put in the update DVD and it downloaded everything but now get an error:
"DVD Reading Error (Incorrect DVD Disc) Please consult your dealer"

Plz help?!?
