Centric rotors with Centric semi-metallic. If the rotors mic to permissible thickness, get them turned; aka, resurfaced--far less expensive than purchasing new Centric rotors--then execute the pad bed-in process. Resurfacing cost: ~$10 per rotor.

Note: My years of experience with Centric semi-metallic pads is: they're a wee dusty. If you like squeaky-clean aluminum wheels, best you adjust your expectations; else use Centric ceramic pads.
