ASAP, its black now and slipping

Thanks.

Meant to write 06 ody.
Are you talking about the locations to place a jack to lift up the vehicle??? Did you look in your owners manual?? There is a jack point behind each front tire and in front of each rear tire. In addition, there is a center front jack point and a center rear jack point if you want to use a hydraulic floor jack. Look in your owner's manual for details.

It's a pretty obvious piece of metal on the rail just behind the front tire. Much more substantial and obvious than other cars I've owned.

1. For jack locations, see owners manual.
But I have found that if you need to place jackstand, use the subframe where the control arm is attached to (it is basically a universal rule in car repair).
Pic of subframe jackstand is in this thread:

2. However, for routine engine oil or ATF change, I built my own wood ramps using 2x10 from Home Depot. There is no need to jack the car up and down.
Simply drive it up the wood ramps.
All detail is in this ATF change thread. There is a difference between 2005-06 and 2007-2010, so read through this thread:
