I just bought a new set of tires and rims. Did I get a good deal/how did I do?

I got Michelin Hydroedge 2225/60/16 and Wheel Details - Discount Tire these rims. ($25 a peice) for $859

I had Good Year Allergra that came with it. The difference is night and day. The GY ones lasted about 30,000 out of a 75,000 warranty that does NOT go with the car if sold. I car holds the road sooo much better. I git them last night and it snowed/rained today and it held the road like a glove.

These are great tires, but I think I could do this at Costco for 650-700(tires only). I also got the 235-60-16, which fits the same rim and is slightly wider. I like the bigger footprint in the rain and they look better too.

Enjoy them. Keep them properly inflated and rotated and balanced and you should get 80k-90k out of them.

Costco was sold out and said they wouldn't be getting them till the summer. I got them at discount tire and have free balancing and rotations for the life of the tire with a 90,000 mile warranty.

I do really like them :DD!

I was reading the website and I don't see 225/65/16.

The manual says 215/65/16, I up sized to 225 to get the same weight as the OEM.
Sorry mate, I somehow assumed your Ody is 2005-10. You are right, it is 215/65-16"
