Take it to a dealer and complain about a "judder" when shifting. They should update the software and do a 3x drain & fill for free. However, that warranty extension only goes to 8 years or 80k, so get ta gettin'. Oh, you didn't know vehicles needed software update? Well they do. I really like this one. It makes the trans hold gears longer and my favorite, coasts better. My 2015 would downshift as soon as I took my foot off the gas turning into my tract. Really irritating. The new software also keeps the fluid from breaking down as fast. I would pay dealer tech time to get the software myself if they blow you off. Then do the fluid changes myself if you are home mechanic. Don't forget a fresh crush washer and torque the drain bolt to 29lbs.
