No tachometer

I got 1995 odyssey with h23a and prelude automatic transmission and I swap the tail of the transmission to install the neutral switch.
I swap the vss and the dashboard and I still don't have tach
Swap the ecu and tcm and still don't work.
I don't have lock up and tach
Someone can help me with this
