Both rear sliding doors will not unlock. I've used the search feature and it appears to be the actuators? On both doors at the same time? Neither door will manually unlock.

Any suggestions?

To end the suspense. Each door was ever so slightly ajar. So slight in fact I had to get in the car and see the door ajar lights lit to know they were ajar.

I butt bumped them both and they unlocked fine after that. Geased them up with White Lithium. Hoping for the best.

I think the passenger side needs a new actuator as it won't lock or unlock electrically but it will lock.unlock manually.
