I’ve been having this problem with my sliding doors... Happend just about week are so ago.

The sliding doors will not open while the car is running I will have to turn the car off and then use the buttons on the front dash to open them.

Same goes for trying to open them by hand when car is on. It tries to open but doesn’t. All doors unlocked

Maybe until issue fixed, turn off the sliding door power by switch on dash and use manually?
