The brake booster is an interesting comment. I have noticed a different feel in the brakes. No squeaking, and I have new rotors and pads as of a few months ago, but the van doesn’t seem to stop as well. It’s like I have to apply more pressure to the pedal to the pedal than before. It still stops, but I can tell something is off.Depending on the kind of noise it makes, if it’s a whine or humming noise, it could be the power steering since it only happens when it’s cold.

There's a one-way valve that can freeze up (haven't seen it reported on this generation Odyssey, but with some other vehicles) that might explain it... ? Or a leak in the diaphragm that bleeds off the vacuum while off. (once again, haven't seen it reported on a 4th gen Odyssey, but does happen on other vehicles)So does the brake booster have a seal or gasket that could be blown? I’m not sure how to check for it.
