2012 Odyssey EX - 176,000 miles (VCM Tuner II since 165,000 miles)

Im bearing an odd sound when I start the van cold. And by cold, I mean temperature. When the van has been sitting, and it’s cold outside, when I start it, there sounds like a rush of air directly in front of the drivers side portion of the dash. It sounds like it is coming from the engine compartment, not inside the dash specifically, but just right in front of the steering wheel.

it doesn’t get particularly cold where I live, but it’s more noticeable in the morning when it’s colder. The car doesn’t have trouble starting, and the sound isn’t noticeable after I start driving.
Any ideas?

Depending on the kind of noise it makes, if it’s a whine or humming noise, it could be the power steering since it only happens when it’s cold.
The brake booster is an interesting comment. I have noticed a different feel in the brakes. No squeaking, and I have new rotors and pads as of a few months ago, but the van doesn’t seem to stop as well. It’s like I have to apply more pressure to the pedal to the pedal than before. It still stops, but I can tell something is off.
