Hello ,
My new 2019 EX-L (13K Miles) car slide door (back side of driver) is NOT functioning properly. Door is not closing and not opening some times. It has inconsistency to show Honda dealer. Finally i was able replicate and showed to Dealer. Dealer said it has some recall and fixed it. Again next day same issue is happening. Dealer says it got fixed nothing wrong with it. It's keep happening and delar is unable to figure it out.What should i do now?

Does anybody has same issue? Is some thing i can escalate to Honda.com

I would let the dealer know that I'm planning to escalate it and give them one more time.

Happened after recall fix? This is bad. Can you record the issue and show them how many times it happened?

Our doors were flaky for over a year. There hasn't been an issue since I replaced the battery.

Which is why, Consumer Reports, rated the Honda Odyssey, below average. Any yet, people still believe Honda builds quality vans.
