Bonjour and welcome to the site!

It is advised that when a timing belt service is done to replace the tensioner at the same time as these will fail eventually and cost $ in labour to fix. Also at the same time, the water pump, and the 2 pulleys should be replaced as well.

The tensioner failed and probably put stress on the alternator bolts.

The bottom alternator mounting bolt should be torqued to 33 lbf·ft and the alternator bracket mounting bolt should be torqued to 16 lbf·ft.
