I'm replacing the front brakes and rotors on my GF's '01 Ody.
Upon replacing the "aniti-rattle" clips (4 per side), I didn't take notice if the protruding prongs were facing inward- toward the rotors or if the prongs are suppose to face outward toward the brakes pads?
Thanks

I should mention when I dissembled everything, I'm almost certain that one side of the clip prongs were inward and the other side was outward...which might explain why premature pad wear only happened on one side.

The crappy instructions and every image I could find is lacking detail hence my subject title for future google-hits.

The anti-rattle clips are #15, 16, 18, and 17 here:

If I'm visualizing this correctly the protruding prongs face outward away from the rotor.

To stop uneven pad wear make sure the pads are not too tight in the rattle clips and the caliper slides easily on the locating pins, lube the pins with synthetic brake grease and the rattle clips with an anti seize compound.
