Issue 1: Okay so the driver side cable is snapped and I don't know if I will need a new pulley wheel, but I don't want to get in there and then find out that I need a new one. Where can I get a new one?

Issue 2: The passenger side door is hard to open and close (like I have to put a lot of force on it to close and open it(when I have the auto door turned off). The door closes and opens fine automatically, but is a hard pain to open and close manually. Why?

2 could be a roller issue or it could be normal. A power sliding door turned off will still be harder to move than a manual sliding door, because you're fighting the motor. Similar to public places with the accessible doors that can open automatically. If you try to open them manually, you encounter more resistance than the standard door.

As has been discussed over and over, the 4th gen middle roller has a higher price simply because of the new controller board that is installed with it.
