After attempts at sanding and buffing the rear camera lens of our 13T with negative results, it seems its just time to replace the dang thing. I was surprised in my searches to find no OEM replacement camera, just a bunch of others 'HD' claiming to fit. has anyone had successfully replaced or upgraded to something that would fit OEM?

Well technically for the 3rd gen you don't have a T at all...Honda referred to the Tourings as an EXL-T, T standing for Touring there I'm guessing.
