This is really a shame. A V6 diesel minivan (and 6-speed manual, I know, dream on) would get 30+ highway mpg, have tons of torque, and would make me seriously consider buying a new one (I have owned almost 30 cars in my life, and none of them have been new). I'ved owned a 1981 Rabbit diesel, 1983 Nissan 720 pickup diesel, and still have a 1996 Passat TDI. If I could get the VW diesel engine-goodness combined with Honda's (non-VW) reliability, wow that would be awesome. Oh well . . .
