I was doing my t-stat swap out tonight and noticed that the bottom of the tranny casing has a nice coat of engine oil coming from it. I recently switched to synthetic and then took a road trip for 2000kms but I don't think that has anything to do with it.

I am wondering if this has anything to do with the Honda TSB addressing a seeping block plug that allows engine oil to migrate along the casting of the engine block making it look like its leaking oil from the block halves.

The leak obviously isn't very much at all b/c it hasn't dripped a single drop on my driveway but it somewhat concerning that I'm leaking engine oil when I should have a single drop anywhere.

Thoughts?
