Your No 1 mistake is messing around with your MAF by cleaning it. You probably just killed it.

P0171 and P0174 are pointing to your engine is running lean (too much air ). Many things can cause it, but the most common issue is vacuum leak.

Once you have these thing ironed out, you will need to do PCM reset and idle learn because you messed with your MAF. Another bad news is that your Innova scanner is probably not capable of doing that.
