My Odyssey is getting a P0325 Knock Sensor Circuit engine code. I was able to buy a sensor on Amazon; however, I've searched high and low and can't find anything about this error code, location of sensor, or anything else for our generation (only 3rd gen). Has anyone gotten this or tips on where I should start looking first?

I have a 2012 Odyssey.

The knock sensor lives down under the intake manifold in the valley between the two cylinder heads. They don't actually fail very often. Usually what happens is rodents get in there and eat the single wire to the sensor.

PM me I will send you the removal instructions...

Ticket,

Can you please send me the removal instructions? I have a 2011 with knock sensor wire chewed by mouse.

Can I get to the wire from behind the power steering pump or do I have to remove the upper and lower intake manifold and fuel rail?

Thanks for your help,

Jay

Sorry if this posts twice.
How hard is this to do? Can a woman with limited tools and strength do this?
Thank you.

If you feel confident enough to take things apart in many steps and remember how to reassemble you're half way there. And having decent puzzle solving skills helps. I would then watch the disassembly portion of valve adjustment videos since they will show how to get in there...and tell you what few tools you'll need. There's a lot to remove. From there you should have a better idea whether or not you can do this yourself.
