Passenger Sliding Door stuck - will not open

Hi,
First time posting. Looking for assistance with 2014 Odyssey. The passenger sliding door is stuck closed (drivers side and tailgate work fine). It will not open manually or powered. When attempting to open with power you can hear the power mechanism starting to function but then the car beeps a few times and door does not move. Looking in the door track channel on the side of the van, you can see the cable begin to move when the powered cycle attempt to begin but then it stops when the door does not move and then the beeps alert.

I have pulled the fuse and toggled the power door switch to attempt to "reset the door". I'll try disconnecting the battery after work and see if maybe that can help with the reset.

Guessing it's likely something to do with the latch mechanism actuator not functioning. Believe the door panel can be removed when the door is stuck closed.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Update:
I was able to get the door panel off even though the door was closed. It was a pain. It seemed the cable hold down at door handle for the cable that runs to the rear latch was missing. No idea where it went. I put the cable back into place and everything functioned normally. I used a couple heavy duty zip ties to replace the missing cable hold down. Hopefully shouldn't have any further issues.

I had the same problem with my manual sliding door. I was able to get the door panel off without breaking anything. (I pulled hard to get the clips to disconnect, and then lifted it off. Remove the black plastic trim along the rear vertical edge of the window, and the inside chrome handle first.) My photo shows the part that had deformed a bit, allowing it to come off the metal bracket that's supposed to hold it. I bent the bracket upwards a bit before putting the cable back. So far, so good...
