My wife and I tried to open the passenger door at the same time--one with the button on the dash and the other by pulling on the door handle. The door popped open then stopped. We tried to open it the rest of the way several times, but it hasn't moved since then. I checked the fuses but both look good.

Does anybody have any ideas what could be wrong? Which fuse goes to which door?

Try holding the dash switch in either the open or close position for one cycle of the door. Usually that'll work.

I have already held the door switch down for several seconds with no luck. I am beginning to think it is time for a trip to the dealer.

There's one more thing to try and it involves removing a fuse to accomplish a reset.

I can't remember the fuse or the correct procedure but it may be in the owner's manual. If not, someone else can probably come up with it. Wish I could be more help.

From a previous post:

Passenger sliding door was closing and I stopped it with the remote 1/2 way. The door completely died (no power). Tried to reset it by sliding manually to each end and even took out fuse #5 on the kick panel hoping to reset the logic. No dice. Constant buzz while closed. Shut it manually and took it to the dealer. They took out fuse #13 to reset the door and cleaned the contacts. Fixed.
