Power Sliding Door Alignment Issue

Hello guys and gals. I have searched for this problem and didn't really find anything on it that could help me, so I'm sorry if this has already been hashed out. If you know if a post/thread that fixes this, please let me know.

We replaced the left power sliding door motor and no matter how we line up the door to the bracket that attaches to the roller, when we enable the door we can open it two times before it throws an error about the left sliding door. After getting this error, I have to try and realign the bracket but cannot find a position that is aligned like it was. I have gone through the whole resetting the power door control unit where you take the 7.5 amp fuse out and put it back in again to reset the code and every 2nd open and close of the door, we get an error. I have even removed and replaced fuse #13 for the power sliding door, but it does no good.

Has anyone here had this issue? If so, do you mind letting me know how you fixed it, please??? :)

The center roller has the main up/down/in/out adjustments. But it is possible to skew the adjustment so that the rollers are not at right angles to the center rail/track. Try and watch the center roller as you open and close the door. See if you can spot where and how the door hangs up.
