My wife just took our 2007 Odyssey EX-L on an extended trip out west with a couple of our kids. Right before she left I rotated the tires, but did not check the pressures since they looked fine and I had just checked them a couple of weeks prior.

Well now she tells me that a strange symbol, which turned out to be the TPMS icon. came on as soon as she drove away, then went off until she got to Oklahoma, and is now back on in Colorado. Obviously she needs to have the tire pressures checked, but I am wondering if I was supposed to somehow reset the TPMS system after moving the wheels around. The manual is in the car so I do not have access to it. What do you think?

Thanks.

Check your cold tire pressure. The warning probably turned off after the tires were warm, which increased the tire pressure.
