Hello,

Did a quick search but didn't find anything related. Anyways, when using waze with apple car play the sound from the rear entertainment system stops working. The only way to resolve this is it exit carplay. Any one ran into this before or some setting I can change? Will make road trips more difficult. Thanks for your feedback and input. -John

I encountered this as well. The solution we came up with was to use headphones in the back for the RES as the infotainment system does not mute the headphones when giving directions for WAZE. We did notice that using the NAV system in the van does keep the RES sound through the speakers in the rear while giving voice guidance in the front.
