rear spoiler question

Has anyone had the rear spoiler off? I'm considering mounting a GPS antenna inside it, and I'm wondering if it'd be feasible.

If you've had it off, what's inside, and how much of a pain was it to get it off/on?

Very simple. Just four 10mm cap nuts -black plastic coated. You have to remove the top horizontal trim piece on the hatch to gain access to two of them.

There is some space on either side of the light. I'm not sure if there is enough room for your antenna though.

Is there a video of this procedure? After the rubber seal wore out and fell out. One day I opened the tailgate and the spoiler popped off. I need the procedure for doing this. Then I need to get the clips/screws/whatever else they use to hold it in place....
