Mine is cracking and falling apart as well on my 2018 Elite. Mine lives outside so it takes a beating. You'd think the ones on the side windows would fail as well. This sounds like a diy that I will def muck up but it looks like an inexpensive part. $28 plus shipping at bkhondaparts.com not including the clips. I wonder where water will go once it gets past that seal? This is so not me but I honestly thought about doing a temporary red neck quick fix, by putting a real thin bead of black caulk over the top. I'd clean the area real good and tape off the window and trim and make it perfect. Maybe not. Just a thought. Now that I've had the van over 5 years and almost 80K miles I'm not as OCD about everything with it.
