The manufacturer doesn't necessarily care about you changing fluid early. They only care about getting you out of the warranty period. So no, that doesn't automatically mean "Honda would have accounted for this." If they did, every manufacturer would put this in. To say "XX would have accounted for this" is ignorant at best.

I would recommend letting it go. Bandit here is all pro Honda and trusts them with all his heart. 😁
