So new cylinder with a new key? Is the green key light on the dash flashing or not flashing? You now have immobilizer issue because of a different chip inside the key.
Replaced Ignition switch
I replaced the Ignition switch on my 2002 Honda Odyssey. After having done so the engine will turn over but will not start. Sure there is something very simple I need to do and would appreciate any suggestions.

Yep, the PCM has to be programmed to recognize the new key.You now have immobilizer issue because of a different chip inside the key.
I have replaced the emmoblizer with a new one and had the old key programed to the new emobolizer. I do not have the green light showing on the dash and it will turn over but not turn on.
