Hey All,
I need to replace my head light but had some issues finding out how to actually remove the head lamp assembly. I looked thru some manuals but did not get any info. Can anybody point me to a thread that shows how. Or, give me the quick and dirty on how to do this. I am sure it's quite simple, but don't want to pry and bust anything open.

I'm sure you can find out how to do in on YouTube or on Google.
I think:"You have to remove the bulkhead cover, the grill and the bumper cover to access the screws that hold the headlight in place. Clips can break easy. Not that simple a job unfortunately. Be cautious around the front SRS impact sensors in that area."
I found the above in another Ody post but not sure which year Ody they were taliking about.
On a 2000CRV, I just had to remove the bumper cover + license plate holder (around 4-6 screws and around 8 plastic clips). Then one plastic
clip on the underside of the same side front fender and pull that inner cover down and then I could get to that screw. That actually only took around 15 min to do.

PS: It's not as simple as most vehicles, but then again, not too hard.

Sorry, I didn't know you were talking about just replacing the bulb, I thought you were replacing the whole headlight assembly.

PS: If you do touch the glass on the bulb with your fingers, make sure you clean it off well. The oil can cause the glass to crack or explode when it gets hot.
