I'm looking to add bluetooth to my 2002 Odyssey, and I'm wonder what you can do with replacing the screen. Can you reuse the existing screen but connect it to your phone, backup camera or something? Or is there an after market screen or computer you can replace it with to add bluetooth instead of replacing the stereo?

Since I'm incredibly lazy, I'll suggest / ask ...

Have you considered installing a ~$25 AUX input to the existing stereo, followed by plugging a $4 bluetooth-to-AUX interface on the end of that?

Current thread on someone doing current research on an AUX adapter.

My response there tells my 2008 solution for the AUX input, which is still working great. And after reading your question, I now realize I am now only a $4 bluetooth adapter away from winning another World's Greatest Dad award from my kids. They will think it's a new car.

I have some nice ideas for connecting my phone to the audio. I'm just curious if I can get any benefit out of that big navigation screen. It's kind of going to waste.
